The A1210 uses the Motomagx flavor of proprietary Linux OS which at this point has an SDK but no apps like MPKG. On the plus side the 240x400 touchscreen makes it easier to use your fingers rather than the stylus but there are times when the processor seems to hang.
Also the included video player supports full 29.97/30 fps video in the avi, mp4 variety. As I'm just getting to know the phone I have not had the opportunity to see if it'll play AVC/H.264 or flv video. Physically the phone looks good visually but the A1210 doesn't have the same rubber -like material on the outer casing; instead it's a plastic finish that to me doesn't feel as reassuring.
Haven't had the time to really test the 3.1 MP camera but unfortunately they've taken out the night shot feature so I would advise only using the camera in well-lit locations for decent pictures.
